Please retain proof of your Nima Brush purchase. If for some reason you change your mind about your Nima Brush purchase and wish to return or exchange it please note the following:
- Brushes must be returned in their sold condition
- They must not be used or washed
- Must be suitable for resale
Please also note that brushes must be received by us before any refund or exchange may be carried out in order for us to carry out an examination on the brushes.
Faulty or Damaged Brushes
If your brushes are faulty i.e. shedding hair, wobbly handles etc, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Discontinue using the brush as continued use will only make the problem worse.
If a brush is faulty, it will show its flaws within the first 60 days. If a brush starts to show problems after this time, this is usually down to the care and maintenance of the brush and unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for this.
